I ordered a bottle.
It arrived three days later.
The first morning, I gave Emma three drops in her orange juice. She didn't even notice.
Week 1: Honestly? I didn't see much change. She still had a rough Tuesday evening.
But I kept going.
Week 2: Thursday afternoon, I picked Emma up from school and braced myself for the usual chaos.
We got home. She walked in. Took off her shoes (without throwing them). Got a snack. And sat at the table.
Calmly.
I stared at her.
She looked up and said, "Mom, why are you looking at me weird?"
I almost cried.
Week 3: The meltdowns didn't disappear completely. But they were shorter. Less intense. And Emma could recover faster.
One night, she got frustrated about homework and started to spiral.
But then she stopped herself.
She took a breath and said, "I need a break."
My 7-year-old regulated herself.
I texted my husband: "I think this is working."
